Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the companys custom Web3 platform, integrating with strategic partner APIs for seamless functionality (e.g., booking, payments, membership management).
• NFT Product Integration: Architect and implement NFT-based products (day passes, travel/event passes, token passes) within the membership ecosystem, ensuring secure minting, wallet integration (e.g., MetaMask), and user-friendly access via smart contracts.
• AI Innovation: Lead the development of AI-driven features (e.g., personalized travel recommendations, social travel matching) using tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch to enhance user experience.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a decentralized tech team (target: 510 engineers), including senior developers, an AI/ML engineer, and an NFT/blockchain specialist. Manage the current IT full-stack engineer to optimize UI/UX and development workflows.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure robust security for Web3 transactions (e.g., blockchain audits) and compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, SEC for NFTs) in Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Product Manager to define roadmaps, prioritize features (e.g., social travel tools), and align technology with business objectives (e.g., NFT sales, user growth).
• Infrastructure: Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices (Kubernetes, CI/CD) to ensure scalability and reliability of the decentralized platform.
• Innovation Leadership: Stay at the forefront of Web3, NFT, and AI trends, advising company leadership on emerging technology opportunities to drive differentiation in the travel industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years in technology leadership, including 3+ years in Web3/blockchain startups or fintech/travel tech.
• Proven track record in building scalable platforms and leading remote or decentralized teams.
• Expertise in Ethereum/Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch), including recommendation systems and personalization features.
• Full-stack proficiency (React for UI/UX, Node.js, Python, REST/GraphQL APIs) with seamless API integrations.
• Cloud and DevOps skills: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD for decentralized applications.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, having scaled teams of 520+ engineers.
• Domain knowledge in travel/hospitality tech, NFT marketplaces, or booking systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, startup mindset, and hands-on coding ability.
