Job Summary
The Waterproofing Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for all project estimating and project management once awarded.

Qualifications

Strong background in construction estimating and project management
Proficiency in cost control and pricing strategies
Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, Microsoft Office, and On Center software
Knowledge of construction site operations and management
Ability to handle contracts and project management effectively
Working knowledge of waterproofing systems and products

Responsibilities

Conduct construction estimating for waterproofing projects, considering materials, labor, and overhead costs
Manage project budgets by implementing cost control measures and monitoring expenses
Utilize On Center software for accurate takeoffs and project documentation
Utilize Procore and Textura for project communications and management
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
Oversee construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources to meet project milestones
