We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and customers across the Southeastern US . This role encompasses sales, account management, and business development, with a focus on achieving revenue goals and promoting our trusted solutions for both residential and commercial applications.

What You Will Do...

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, and key accounts.
• Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations for customers and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities within the waterproofing, encapsulation, and foundation repair markets.
• Provide ongoing support, consultation, and technical expertise to accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in territory sales, account management, or business development (construction, building materials, or related industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial building practices; knowledge of waterproofing, crawlspace, or foundation repair solutions is a plus.
• Willingness to travel overnight regularly (2-3 nights weekly) within assigned territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) are necessary.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
