Champion Modular Inc. at 451 Southern Ave Strattanville, PA is seeking to hire a full-time Production Worker - Tile Installer to join our team and perform quality work to build manufactured housing.

The starting pay rate for this position is $15.00/hr with minimal experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs

Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired, but not required. Do you have a passion for building? Are you attentive to safety? WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday .

Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum, occasional scheduling changes may be required.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Measure, cut, and install tiles according to project specifications and design plans.
• Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and other materials.
• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blue prints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
