Position Summary

Just 40 miles southwest of Bakersfield, our factory harnesses the radiant sunshine for clay drying, reducing energy needs. As a Training Lead, youll support onboarding, compliance, and developmental training. Youll collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to manage training materials, resolve deficiencies assessments, facilitate digital application training (such as Redzone and POKA), and evaluate training effectiveness. Additionally, youll develop templates and standards for both TPM and non-TPM activities, while streamlining onboarding processes for new hires.

Resolve trainee issues, when necessary, in conjunction with the NEO Onboarding Program
Validate training documentation for accuracy and completion
Verify entered information by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
Ensure tracking, communication, and validation of compliance training
Support training of new hires to reduce training cycles both classroom and on-the-floor training
Secure information by completing data compliance audits
Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency and transparency across all documentation

Requirements

High school diploma or GED Equivalent
1+ years of experience in data entry or related office data base technology experience

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $30.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
