About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the VP of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace. The successful candidate will be a strategic thought partner and advisor, playing a key leadership role in the organization. This role demands a high-energy individual with outstanding communication skills, a forward-thinking approach, and an intimate understanding of business and operations requirements. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for creating and managing the organization's operational rhythm, leading cross-functional strategic projects, and fostering a culture of trust, development, and inclusion. Essential duties include establishing and maintaining key meeting cadences, driving workforce planning, and managing a team that oversees financial processes. The role also involves influencing a network of stakeholders, curating internal and external partnerships, and serving as a strategic communicator for the CREW organization. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with at least 15 years' in a global, diverse organization, and a minimum of 8 years in a strategic business or consulting role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large, complex projects, and experience in organizational and team effectiveness, change leadership, and design thinking. The role requires the ability to balance short- and long-term objectives, navigate complex environments with agility, and build strong, trusting relationships with executives and stakeholders at all levels. A consulting mindset, the ability to synthesize data, and a focus on change management are also essential. The Chief of Staff will be expected to champion change, embed best practices, and ensure that the voice of the CREW organization is effectively communicated.
