Mainshares is seeking a Partner & Chief Executive Officer to lead a well-established company specializing in spray foam, blow & batt insulation, asbestos remediation, and waterproofing, along with general contracting services for both residential and commercial buildings. Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven, experienced construction or insulation professional who possesses management skills and the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and significantly grow this business. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning and operational oversight, including a focus on sales and marketing . The previous operator's responsibilities included full-time general management, sales oversight, bid preparation, hiring, scheduling, and payroll.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the insulation, general contracting, or a related construction field, with a proven track record of managing and scaling operations.
• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and direct experience with all aspects of insulation (spray foam, blow & batt), asbestos remediation, and waterproofing projects.
• Management Acumen: Demonstrated experience with general management, including hiring, scheduling, and payroll.
• Sales & Marketing Growth: Proven ability to drive business growth through effective sales oversight and bid preparation, as well as a strategic mindset for expanding marketing efforts to reach new clients.
• Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of various insulation types, installation techniques, waterproofing methods, relevant materials, and safety protocols for handling hazardous materials like asbestos.
• Regulatory & Licensing: Possess or be able to obtain a General Contractors License and an Asbestos Contractor License. A solid understanding of relevant building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and permitting processes is required.

Location Disclaimer - This is an opportunity to grow a Mainshares acquisition business. The exact location of the acquisition target will be disclosed in the interview process. Relocation may be required for this role.
