About the Role and Team:

The B2B Marketing Manager will drive our marketing strategy and execution in the clinical research space. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute hands-on across multiple marketing channels while building scalable processes. You'll work independently to identify opportunities, develop campaigns, and measure results that directly impact pipeline growth and revenue.

  • Reports to: VP of Marketing

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Identify and prioritize target market segments within the clinical research ecosystem
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels from awareness to conversion
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, industry publications)
  • Develop account-based marketing strategies for enterprise prospects
  • Create and implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation sequences
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify positioning opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics including pipeline contribution and ROI
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Partner closely with sales teams to align on lead qualification and handoff processes
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features
  • Work with customer success teams to identify expansion and advocacy opportunities
  • Manage marketing technology stack and ensure optimal performance
  • Optimize website conversion paths and landing page performance
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and content optimization
  • Implement and maintain CRM integrations and data hygiene practices

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience; preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or technology
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results in lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and ROI measurement
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing analytics tools
  • Proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms for content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong project management and organizational abilities

  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare technology, or regulated industries
  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in healthcare marketing
