(Full-Time, In-Office – Columbus, OH)
Panel Town & Floors is a trusted leader in flooring solutions with decades of experience serving both residential and commercial customers. As part of our growth, we are expanding our ecommerce operations and building out exclusive brand partnerships on Amazon. We are seeking a motivated Amazon Brand Specialist to join our team in Columbus, OH and help manage and grow our portfolio of exclusive vendor and manufacturer brands on the Amazon platform.
Position Overview
The Amazon Brand Specialist will be responsible for executing brand management initiatives for Panel Town & Floors’ licensed vendor partnerships on Amazon. This role will focus on building and maintaining optimized product listings, storefronts, and A+ content, as well as managing brand reputation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Brand Registry.
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Columbus, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register and maintain brands under Amazon Brand Registry.
• Create and optimize product listings for visibility and conversion.
• Build and maintain branded Amazon storefronts and A+ content.
• Curate and manage product images and other digital assets.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to protect brand reputation.
• Collaborate closely with the catalog manager, general manager, and vendor/manufacturer partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and product accuracy.
• Support the ecommerce team in identifying opportunities for catalog and sales growth.
• (Preferred) Assist with Amazon Advertising campaigns, including sponsored products and brand ads.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 1–3 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
• Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry, listing creation, and catalog management.
• Experience with A+ content and branded storefronts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• (Preferred) Experience with Amazon Advertising and PPC campaign management.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 per year (depending on experience).
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
