If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Activity Director at Saint Joseph's Court our Assisted Living in David City, NE. As the Activity Director, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and implementing a wide range of activities designed to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. You will be responsible for developing a diverse calendar of events that cater to the interests and preferences of our senior community. The ideal candidate for this role will have a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with seniors. You must be able to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families to create a positive and engaging environment that promotes overall well-being and quality of life. As the Activity Director, you will be responsible for coordinating recreational programs, outings, and special events that promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation. You will also be tasked with assessing the needs and interests of residents to develop personalized activity plans that cater to individual preferences. In addition to planning and executing activities, the Activity Director will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking participation levels, and soliciting feedback from residents to continually improve the quality of our programs. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with community organizations and volunteers to enhance the variety and scope of our activities.
